John C. Garceau began his insurance career
as a General Lines Property & Casualty Agent in 1980. In 1984 John opened
his first agency which he later sold to a larger local insurance
operation. With a desire to get back into ownership and agency management,
John opened Business Insurance Services, Inc., in 1995 and became
President. John's area of expertise and core clients' evolves around the
manufacturing, aviation, and construction industries. John is an active
member of the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida, Rotary Club,
and the UCF Alumni Association.

RJ Randall entered the industry in 1977
specializing in the Life/Health and Disability field until 17 years ago
when he became a General Lines Property & Casualty Agent. RJ had been an
owner of another agency in Central Florida which was sold in 2005. Seeking
ownership and growth once again, RJ became the co-owner and CEO of
Business Insurance Services, Inc. in 2006. RJ's core client base
encompasses building owners/managers, shopping centers, hospitality, and
manufacturing industries. RJ has earned the prestigious industry
designations of Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance
Counselor (CIC), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU).

Geri Randall began her career in New York in
1975 and during her 30+ years in the industry, has worked on solving
insurance issues for some of the largest national and international
accounts. As Vice President of Business Insurance Services, Inc., Geri
provides guidance and the placement of commercial insurance including
negotiating terms and premiums, analyzing coverage forms and has direct
responsibility for a select group of agency accounts. In addition to
holding her General Lines Property & Casualty License, Geri has earned the
prestigious industry designations of Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

Debra Newman joined BIS in October of 2007
after holding prestigious positions at other property & casualty agencies
in Central Florida. Deb's insurance career spans 20 years during which
time she's had direct involvement in the placement of insurance for
clients in the amusement industry, municipalities, utility companies,
public companies, and accounts with multi-state exposures. Debbie also has
direct responsibility for a select group of agency accounts that she
manages on a daily basis. Debbie holds her General Lines Property &
Casualty License and takes various insurance courses throughout the year
staying abreast of trends and issues affecting our industry.
